Standard Conveyancer/Microsoft Word Interface Upgrade
($395.00) includes:
- Standard
Document library of over 400 MS documents.
- MS
Word versions of the title insurance documents you
have previously purchased.
- Programs
upgrades needed to merge documents into MS Word.
Technical
Requirements:
Custom
WordPerfect documents:
Because
the MS Word Upgrade includes all new Standard Conveyancer
documents, conversion of WordPerfect documents to
MS Word format is not part of the process. After
your upgrade to the MS Word Interface, however, your
system will still be able to merge any custom documents
you might have in the WordPerfect format.
If
you wish to have any of your custom documents converted
to Word, we can do this for you for a per-document
charge. We will need to see a copy of the documents
to do an estimate. Custom document conversion projects
may take between two and six weeks (or longer) to
complete, depending on the volume and complexity of
work as well as other technical support priorities.
Training
is available if you wish to learn to customize your
own MS Word documents.

Information about the process:
We
will help you go over your computer specifications
before we start the upgrade process.
The
upgrade process will be performed by remote connection
to your office. The process takes between 1 and 2
hours.
After
the setup, the MS Word interface will be operational
on the workstation that we connected with to install
the upgrade. We will provide you with instructions
for a simple setup change to enable the interface
on any additional workstations.
While
the usage of Standard Conveyancer is nearly the same
before and after the upgrade, we will provide you
with a list of the few differences that you need to
be aware of.
