Standard Conveyancer is set up to work as soon as it
is installed in your office. Work can begin immediately,
but the system can be customized to your preferences
or requirements. Customization increases
the degree of automation throughout the system.

files automate data entry for items that will be common
to multiple closing files.
- Lender
profiles can easily be added to the system to automate
data entry and eliminate duplication of effort.

system comes with the documents you need to work,
but you can easily add your own documents or customize
the existing ones to your preferences or lender requirements.

control what goes on the HUD-1 statement. Automatic
calculations can be overridden if figures need to
be changed, and items can be added, moved, or taken
off the form as you require.

system comes with dozens of report formats -- choose
from the menu or design your own custom reports.

batches can be customized or added to fit office procedures
