New
Hampshire Registries of Deeds have adopted new standards effective
for recordings on or after December 1, 2001. These new standards
affect documents presented for recording in New Hampshire.
With respect to your Standard Conveyancer documents, the new
regulations set forth new margins requirements. If you do
closings on New Hampshire properties, we recommend you get
complete information a local Registry of Deeds.
We
have re-formated documents you will need to meet the new requirements.
