has published new title insurance schedules,
endorsements and commitments for use starting
June 30, 2007. We
are anticipating that most underwriters will
develop their own variations for use by their
agents in their states. It is urgent that you
respond to this message so that your agents'
ability to write policies for your company is
not interrupted.
Standard
Solutions develops its underwriter forms to
fully emulate the originals, with as much data
handling and automation as possible. For our
clients this means the most speedy, effortless
and error-free means of producing commitments
and policies, as there is seldom any need to
edit or add to the final documents. Because
of the exceptionally high degree of integration
with our program, the project of revising the
documents is far more complex than it appears
on its face.
We
need a copy of your new forms as soon as possible.
As soon as we receive them we will send you
an estimate, and upon approval, we will put
your documents in the queue for revision. We
also need the name of a person at your company
who has the authority to approve the completed
forms. Time is of the essence -- packages we
receive too late may not be ready by June 30th.
If
you are not the appropriate person at your company
to be dealing with this issue, please let us
know so we can get this information to the correct
person.
