The Middlesex South Register of Deeds has released a memo detailing new document requirements. The effective date is January 20, 2004.

Due to the short lead-time provided, updated documents to handle the new requirements will not be available by that date.

Remember that you can alter any Standard Conveyancer document in your word processor after the document finishes merging. In the meantime, please check this Web site periodically for more information on Standard Conveyancer document updates.
