Standard Solutions has posted for download a new combined "Smoke Detector and Carbon Monoxide Detector Certificate and Indemnification Agreement" for use in Massachusetts. This self-installing download will place the new combined certificate in your Closing batch and supress the old Smoke Detector-only certificate.

The new Carbon Monoxide Detector provisions take effect on April 1, 2006.
