Conveyancer integrates all the tasks involved in running

Conveyancer work-flow benefits and features:
- For
each action taken and document printed that requires
tracking, the system automatically creates an item
and adds it to the list of pending events. For
example, when a payoff letter is printed, the system
automatically creates a "discharge" reminder
a set number of days in the future.
- The
system keeps track of ongoing tasks and calls attention
to commonly needed items requiring action, such as
outstanding discharges, releases, surveys, title examinations,
etc. Icons instantly show you the status
of each item and warn you when they are overdue.
- Files
can be retrieved or searched by any of nearly two
dozen criteria, such as borrower's name, file number,
city, lender, date opened, etc.
- The
system tracks the status of each file by categories
such as Pending, Scheduled, Hold, and Closed.
- Printable
reports show key information at a glance. Dozens
of report formats are included, each customizable
if desired, and additional reports can be created.
- Any
alert messages entered on the file pop up at critical
times, such as when you are about to print documents.
